Terms and Conditions for Little Paw Prints
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking or using any service provided by Little Paw Prints, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Provided
Little Paw Prints offers the following services:

Solo Dog Walking: Individual walks tailored to your dog's specific needs.

Small Group Walking: Supervised walks with a maximum of 2 compatible dogs.

Free Meet and Greets: A complimentary session to meet you and your dog, discuss services, and ensure a good fit before booking.

Basic Training Walking: Walks incorporating fundamental obedience commands and positive reinforcement techniques.

Pet Pop-Ins: Visits to your home to check on your pet, provide food and water, administer medication (if required and agreed upon), and offer companionship.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1. Booking: All services can be booked via our Wix website online booking schedule or pay via cash upon appointment arrival. 2.2. Payments: Payments are processed securely online through our Wix website at the time of booking. All prices for services are as listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

48 hours or more notice: If you cancel a service with at least 48 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund.

48-24 hours notice: For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled service, a partial refund of 50% will be issued.

24-12 hours notice: Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24-12 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.

4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate and complete information about your dog's health, temperament, vaccinations, and any special needs or medical conditions prior to any service. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in the refusal or cancellation of services without a refund. 4.2. Vaccinations and Parasite Control: All dogs must be up-to-date on their vaccinations (including but not limited to distemper, parvovirus, adenovirus, rabies, and kennel cough) and regularly treated for fleas and ticks. Proof of vaccination may be requested. 4.3. Leash and Collar: For walking services, your dog must be provided with a secure, well-fitting collar/harness and leash. 4.4. Access to Property (for Pop-Ins): For pet pop-in services, you must provide clear and safe access to your property. This includes providing keys or access codes and ensuring the premises are secure. 4.5. Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, you authorize Little Paw Prints to seek veterinary attention for your dog at your nominated veterinary clinic or, if unavailable, at the nearest veterinary clinic. All veterinary costs incurred will be your responsibility.
5. Safety and Well-being
5.1. Aggressive Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any dog exhibiting aggressive behavior towards people or other animals. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the remaining services. 5.2. Inclement Weather: In extreme weather conditions (e.g., severe heat, heavy storms, ice), we may need to adjust walk durations, postpone services, or substitute outdoor walks with indoor enrichment activities for the safety and comfort of your pet. You will be notified of any such changes. 5.3. Injuries: While every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of your dog, you acknowledge that accidents can happen. Little Paw Prints will not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or deaths that may occur during the provision of services, unless directly caused by our gross negligence.
6. Data Protection
6.1. We will collect and store personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This information will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. 6.2. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
7. Governing Law
