Cancellation Policy
Little Paw Prints Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policy This policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking, canceling, and utilizing the waitlist for services offered through Little Paw Prints's Wix website. By booking a service with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms. 1. Booking Policy 1.1. Service Availability: All services are subject to availability. Our booking system on the Wix website provides real-time availability. 1.2. Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking and payment (if applicable), you will receive an automated confirmation email to the address provided during the booking process. This email will include details of your booking, such as date, time, service name, location (if applicable), and any relevant instructions. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes. 1.3. Payment: Full Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation Deposit Required: Where applicable, 50% of deposit of the service is required within 24 hours before service begins. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Wix Payments. All payments are processed securely through our Wix website. Failed Payments: Bookings are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. If a payment fails, the booking will not be reserved. 1.4. Client Responsibilities: It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the booking process (e.g., contact details, service selections) is accurate and complete. Please review the service description carefully before booking to ensure it meets your needs. For services requiring specific preparations or information, you agree to provide these in a timely manner as requested. 2. Cancellation Policy 2.1. Cancellation by Client: Free Cancellation Period: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to [48] hours/days before the scheduled service time and receive a full refund Partial Refund/Credit: If you cancel between 12 hours and 24 hours you may incur a partial refund of 50%. No Refund for Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service time, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund. The full service fee will be charged.
